Our
USDA inspected processing plant is staffed with
highly skilled butchers who are prepared to cut
most any product to customer specifications. We
carry a wide variety of beef: such as Washington
Beef, Harris Ranch, IBP, National, and our special
natural beef produced by Montana Range.
Most
of our beef is grain fed, mid western beef. It's
graded USDA Prime, Choice, Select, and No Roll.
The highest grade is Prime followed by Choice.
The Select and No Roll grades are more economical
but not graded as highly by the USDA.
Our
natural beef is from Montana Range. It is a naturally
lean Piedmontese bred beef that is raised on healthy
ranches and fed an all-natural diet of grains
and forages. The beef is also raised without the
use of any growth hormones or antibiotics, making
it all natural and delicious.
